A 78-year-old Cathedral City resident, who was fatally struck, was in full arrest when paramedics arrived. They were unable to revive him. CATHEDRAL CITY, CA — A 34-year-old man suspected of fatally striking an elderly man in Cathedral City and leaving the scene was charged Wednesday with murder. Heber Alexander Henriquez of Cathedral City was additionally charged with one misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended license, according to court records. He's set to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon at the Larson Justice Center in Indio.
