For the next five months, Cathedral Square will be illuminated with 16 hanging lanterns and eight ground sculptures as part of a public art installation from a collaborative Canadian and Ukrainian studio called HYBYCOZO. The installation called "Lightfield" will call Cathedral Square in downtown Milwaukee home from Jan. 19 to May 5. It is sponsored by Johnson Financial Group. The city celebrated the opening with a two-night premiere party on Thursday and Friday. Attractions include an ice bar from Art Below Zero, music sets from local DJs and free s'mores and warm beverages.
