Palm Springs Volvo has taken exceptionally good care of our car and us over the last three years. We put about 30,000 miles a year on our S60 and have taken it to Palm Springs Volvo for all maintenance and service work. I wouldn’t have ever thought to go to a dealer when it came time to buy new tires but found that the exact tires I needed were actually cheaper at the dealer than at a local discount tire shop. Moreover, when we ended up getting a flat we were shocked when the dealer said they would replace it under their own tire warranty, completely free of charge. I feel very fortunate to always get to work with the same service advisor, Rob, whenever I take in our car. It has always been easy to get an appointment and he has always arranged a complementary loaner car of the same model for us. After service has been completed our car comes back spotless. He has instilled a lot of trust in working with us over the years and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of and that there are never any surprises when we come to pick up our car. I have never had this great of a relationship with a service department or a dealer. I highly recommend anyone with a Volvo in the desert to come to Palm Springs Volvo for service.
