Frank was amazing at first but was pushy for more down payment.i was 2 days late i sent him aa text explaining i work long hours and that ill be in on my next day off. First he threatened to call the repo man then he said he will work with me. After a 14 hr shift i drove home stopped in rancho mirage for dinner frank sernds me a text saying he was just notified the car was repoed. The jerk put a tracking device on the car without ne knowing. He was even calling me saying he got a "call" about the car being at a reat stop . He did jot return my whole deposit. He is a crook do not buy from him. He has repoed before and he does not care if it is illegal. He never notified the police that he was doing this.
